You will ensure that all items to be delivered are prepared and packaged in accordance with any specific requests related to the delivery or packaging of the items. You will ensure that the items have temperature requirements are packed in a manner specified and also proper instructions provide on the website while placing an order so that the delivery person shall carry it accordingly.

You are Solely responsible in providing the accurate customer information (customer name, address, building number, unit number, buzzer code and phone number, Delivery details like Signature requirements, Narcotic delivers, Refrigerated products, prescription copies and Age requirements. You are also solely responsible for the Disclosure and consent of the customer’s information which shall be stored on our Service Database. We shall not be Liable in case of any Breach (loss or damage) to the above-mentioned customer information.

You will, at all times, comply with all health, safety, sanitary, food standards and information and any other laws, regulations, permits, orders, codes, licenses and directions of any governmental authority or agency governing the operations involved in the preparation, handling, processing and delivery of any product pursuant to a delivery order.

By using the Services to order a prescription drug product for a child or other member of your household, you represent and warrant that it is your intention not to consume or use the medication but instead to transfer the medication to the ultimate consumer or user for their consumption.
